Oleohealth® Water Kefir with Olive Polyphenols

Oleohealth® Water Kefir is a delicious and healthy beverage with live microorganisms. It is produced through the fermentation of live water kefir cultures together with an aqueous extract of our olive polyphenols. The result is a slightly carbonated drink that is low in calories and sugars. Each bottle contains less than 2% sugar*. This sugar is consumed by probiotic cultures (strains of the genera Lactococcus, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) to grow.

With this product, we combine the qualities of a yogurt with bifidus and an isotonic soft drink without the nutritional problems associated with dairy products or the sugars and sweeteners that are usually added. It is a live, unpasteurized beverage. It contains 100 million CFU’s of kefir culture per ml at the time of packaging.

Oleohealth® Water Kefir also provides the benefits of our olive-tree polyphenols, historically known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential among other properties.


In this recipe we use the leaves of our own organic olive trees, certified by CPAEN, from with we obtain the polyphenols through an environmentally friendly process. We only use water for its extraction and thanks to our careful cultivation system we preserve the quality of the leaf which allows us to achieve a high content of polyphenols.


Consumer recommendations

Consume cold preferably. Once opened, keep closed in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days. Preserve from sunlight and exposure to high temperatures.

Oleohealth® Kombucha with Olive Polyphenols

Kombucha is a probiotic beverage obtained from a sweetened tea fermented by Medusomyces gisevi (a colony of microorganisms, bacteria and yeasts, which live together symbiotically) with incredible properties.

We elaborate Oleohealth® Kombucha by cold-macerating black tea leaves flavoured with bergamot oil (tea known as Earl Grey variety). Then, we add sugar which will be consumed by the probiotic strains to grow.

Oleohealth® Kombucha also provides the benefits of our olive polyphenols, historically known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential among other properties.
