Oleohealth ecological extra virgin olive oil is of superior category Navarran origin. It is obtained directly using mechanical procedures and cold pressing. Without filtering and via a natural decanting process.

The olive (Arróniz variety) is collected at its peak stage of maturity, in early November through to December, before it reaches its maximum ripeness, so as to keep all the aromas and flavours intact.

Tasting notes

Fruity oil with intense green olive aromas. On the nose, vegetable aromas can be detected, olive tree leaves and fresh fruit aromas, almonds and tomato and artichoke plants, characteristic of this variety. The tasting experience reflects the aromas on the nose, with a pleasant bitterness and sharpness on the throat. It is a very balanced oil with intense flavours on the palate.
