BIOSASUN<\/strong> is a family business project led by the Gainza de Allo brothers (Rita, Eusebio, and Eduardo), which began in 1989 with organic olive cultivation under CPAEN certification. In 1992, they produced the first organic extra virgin olive oil from the Arr\u00f3niz olive variety, laying the foundations of their commitment to quality and sustainability.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

BIOSASUN<\/strong> is synonymous with research<\/strong>, experience<\/strong>, and quality<\/strong> in the beneficial applications of olive oil, olive polyphenols, and other antioxidants such as those found in truffles.<\/p>\n

At BIOSASUN<\/strong>, we are committed to producing products of the highest quality<\/strong> made from the multiple properties and numerous components that olive oil, other olive derivatives, and truffles contribute to the body.<\/p>\n

We were founded in 2001 thanks to the interest of a group of professionals in the field of ecology. After years of intense work and expanding our knowledge of the olive tree, its oil, and especially one of its most valued components: polyphenols, we developed our brands BIOSASUN<\/strong> and OLEOHEALTH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In 2016, we entered the non-alcoholic beverages<\/strong> sector by developing fermented probiotic drinks<\/strong> in various flavors: lemon, mint-ginger, hibiscus, coconut, mango, Earl Grey tea (kombucha)… some of them containing olive polyphenols derived from our olive juice.<\/p>\n

In 2022, we combined the world of Olive and Truffle Farming<\/strong> to create BIOSASUN GOURMET<\/strong>, which combines the benefits of polyphenols, antioxidants from the olive, with the intense yet subtle, versatile, and multifaceted aroma of this prized mushroom, capable of enhancing the flavor of any dish.
