Oleoheatlh organic extra virgin olive oil is of Navarrese origin and of superior category. It is obtained directly by mechanical procedures and cold extraction. It is not filtered and is obtained through a natural decanting process.

The olive (Arróniz variety) is harvested at its optimum degree of ripeness, in mid-November, without reaching its maximum state of ripeness, in order to keep all the aromas and flavours intact.

Tasting notes

Fruity oil with intense aromas of green olives. On the nose there are vegetal aromas, olive tree leaves and aromas of fresh fruit, almonds and tomato and artichoke bushes, typical of the variety. Its passage through the mouth is in tune with what was perceived on the nose, detecting a pleasant bitterness and spiciness after its passage through the throat.

It is a very balanced and intense oil in the mouth.
