BIOSASUN is a family business project led by the Gainza de Allo siblings (Rita, Eusebio and Eduardo), which began in 1989 with the cultivation of olive trees in organic farming under CPAEN certification. In 1992, they produced the first organic extra virgin olive oil from the Arróniz olive variety, laying the foundations of their commitment to quality and sustainability.

At BIOSASUN we are committed to the production of products of the highest quality made from the multiple properties and numerous components that olive oil and other derivatives of the olive tree and truffles provide the body with.

We were founded in 2001 thanks to the interest of a group of professionals in the world of ecology. After years of intense work and expansion of our knowledge of the olive tree, its oil, and especially of one of its most appreciated components: polyphenols, we developed our brands BIOSASUN y OLEOHEALTH.

In 2016, we are entering the sector of the soft drinks developing fermented probiotic beverages in different flavours: lemon, mint-ginger, hibiscus, coconut, mango, earl grey tea (kombucha)... some of them with olive polyphenols from our olive juice.

In 2022, we unite the world of Olive and Truffle Farming giving rise to BIOSASUN GOURMET, which combines the benefits of polyphenols, antioxidants from the olive tree, with the intense but subtle, versatile and multi-faceted aroma of this prized fungus, capable of intensifying the flavour of any dish. To the value of the fresh truffle we have added the dried mushrooms and fungi, as well as products derived from them, placing on the market truffled condiments of oil, balsamic vinegar, cider vinegar and salt, truffle sauces, truffled piquillo sauce, truffled piquillo jams and honey jams...
