Made only from olives of the Arbequina variety at the initial ripening stage, it gives the oil a mild flavour and aromas of fresh fruit. Thanks to the Arbequina variety, a smooth and fruity flavour is achieved.
It has a high oleic acid content, which also helps to prevent cholesterol, and maintains the natural antioxidants found in Oleohealth's extra virgin oils.
