Biosasun’s probiotic drinks combine flavor, freshness, and well-being. They are a natural and healthy alternative to conventional beverages. Made through fermentation with live cultures (lactic acid bacteria from kefir).
The result is a drink with a slight natural carbonation, low in calories and sugars (< 2%). During fermentation, probiotic cultures (strains from the Lactococcus, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium genera) feed on the sugars, which almost disappear, and multiply until reaching millions of microorganisms.
In this way, we combine the qualities of a yogurt with bifidus and an isotonic refreshment without the nutritional problems derived from dairy products, and from the sugars and sweeteners that are usually added.
